How It Works

We work together as your needs evolve — moving fluidly between coaching, advisory, and embedded support. Sessions are in person or virtual, shaped by your context and your organisation’s changing priorities.

Between sessions, you have ongoing access to me — because the decisions this partnership exists for rarely schedule themselves.

Where additional expertise is valuable, I’ll bring in trusted advisors from my network or work directly with your team. As the partnership evolves, it can extend to team coaching, leadership retreats, in-person intensives, and strategy offsites.

Progress is grounded in quarterly diagnostics — including EQ, values, and the Coherent Field® coherence assessment — so the work stays measurable as well as felt.

Given the commitment on both sides, we take time to explore fit and define clear outcomes before we begin. Engagements can be structured as fixed packages or flexible retainers.

Retainers begin at £5,000+VAT per month, with a six-month minimum. A detailed proposal follows our initial conversations.

I only hold a small number of retained partnerships at any one time.
